Description:

These pieces allow you to quickly build anything from simple bridges spanning small streams, to short piers jutting out into lakes to lengthy bridges crossing swamps/marsh/wide rivers. If you're really ambitious (and you have enough components) you can build waterfront labyrinths of docks/piers.

Made of high-quality birch plywood ensures durability and makes it easy to paint. 1" squares are suited to most common minis.

Our CZYY Gaming Gear is modular in design, so all dungeon tiles and components are compatible with each other.

This terrain kit is suitable for a lot of games system: Savage World, D&D, Pathfinder, Frostgrave, AD&D, Infinity, Malifaux and other RPGs.

Set Includes:
- 5 Straight Dock Pieces (4" length x 3" width, includes four 1" posts each)
- 1 "Y" Dock Piece (5.1" length x 6.5" width, includes 6 1" posts)

It's just like the photos. Be careful when snapping the top piece down though, it's a little too wide where it connects to the verticals and the veneer pops off and folds up if you don't push down right on the edge (with something hard and narrow, like a knife). The ladders and planks are cute, but what is really needed is a section of dock that changes elevation (or two- if you're going to have two different elevations).

My 4 year old asked for a last minute Christmas gift (a toy boardwalk to go with his toy tram car like the one we visit at the beach). As luck had it, this came up in the model boardwalk search. It was affordable, easy to assemble, and good quality. I ordered 2. My son was soooo happy with it.

Great little terrain kits for tabletop games. They are not intended to be taken back apart so keep that in mind. Will work great with the Wizkids or Reapers ships.

Good product but the assembly instructions were not very clear. It took some trial & error.

Love the simplicity but detailed design of Woode 3D models. Here’s a video where most of of the dock is painted and drying to be set in the dock on my map as I’m just starting a sea themened campaign

I stained the wood walnut then punched out the pieces. Easy to put together with no need for glue. I did have one issue that the instructions for the V dock clearly shows that you add support cross beams, But if you do, they have to be diagonal and you would need glue to hold them. I noticed in later pictures in the instructions of the V dock, it does not show the support beams. I skipped trying to add the support beams and just snapped the ends on, and everything fit snug and perfect. The other dock pieces do use the crossbeams, which fit perfect in the holes. The final results looks awesome.I bought CZYY regular dock set too, so in the pictures I took, you will see several extra docks pieces. I was so concerned about skipping the crosspieces on the V dock, that I overlooked in the directions that you are supposed to put two end pieces on each dock instead of one. So half my docks have thinner posts, but they are just as study as the others. The nice results of that oversight is that I wound up with two tall docks, instead of just one if you follow the directions exactly. This product (besides the one issue) was so easy to put together, that I'm already buying more of their products to add to my collection of RPG props.

For the price this is pretty cool. Is it perfect and the greatest thing ever? No. Is it pretty cool and will it add some great atmosphere to my D&D game? Yes!

First I have to say that CZYY is a wonderful company to work with. They are very attentive to their customers and I am always looking at any new offering that they have because their customer service is the best I have ever seen. This dock is also wonder to use in my D&D games. I bought several sets and I can build an entire dock system. I also purchased several of the ships and it makes for an impressive game to say the least.

Love it and will buy another soon.

I took a torch to mine to lightly burn it and give it an aged look before adding a wash. There were other modifications I made too.

easy to put together. Fits on DnD, Star Wars miniatures and Heroclix maps well. Adds a 3D effect. My picture shows just one piece of the dock, but you can make quite the system if you use them all. (The picture also shows the walls, tavern and boats that you can get from the same company.)

Great for bringing a realistic feel to the standard bridge encounter. It was difficult at first to snap the platform pieces into the u-frames. I was initially afraid to push too hard for fear of breaking the pieces. However, they are pretty sturdy - just needs a solid and consistent pressure. The long straight beams are a complete waste. They don’t really add value to supporting the platforms. Mostly visual. I decided not to use them at all.

This set is a great value compared to the 3D printed ones. First it is real wood, and has those wood grains. The possibility of configuring this set in multiple ways is very doable. As for the 3D printed ones are limited. Yes I own both versions and the 3D ones are much more narrow and require a lot of cleanup. These ones you can place as is, or stain them with a mix of brown acrylic paint watered down. I really like these more and they a nice and wide, and plan on building Laketown from LOTR / Hobbit 5e, and using them in the Swordcoast 5e as well.
