The rings themselves are awesome. I love the look and they work great on miniatures or whatever you use for your gaming. Each one looks different and they all look and feel great. The rings have a good thickness and sturdiness about them. The only reason I gave this product a 4 star instead of a 5 is the box that holds the rings was missing the clasp that locks the box. It appears to have been cut off. Besides that the box itself looks really cool and I love how it organizes the rings. Overall a great product and a must for your role playing games!

The product is great for the purposes intended, however due to some issues notable in the pictures, I deducted 1 star. I was under the impression this item was new, however the issues on the under side of the flap, and it’s inability to stay closed weren’t made clear in advance so I’ve no way of knowing if this IS a resell, or simply how it should be, or even a defect, the chipping on the inside however DOES seem likely due to previous ownership though. These issues don’t really make the product any less usable, just don’t expect to get pristine quality for the price, even if it does say “new” as I did.

Part of the reason we picked these were because the box was cool too. My husband was a bit disappointed that they came in a clear box that looked like he bought screws at Walmart.

Ways to flag PC, NPC, and monsters with conditions isn't anything new and neither are condition rings. But I find condition rings super helpful whether you're playing with plastic, resin, or metal miniatures; or even cardboard pawns.+ Easy to read!Unlike a set of clear rings I've reviewed recently the black rings work much better for reading the varying colored text, even the pinks and yellows.+ True to size.-- A couple of the rings in this set the paint or sticker or whatever was used, stuck to the ring in front of it and separated from the base ring when I pulled it out to use the ring. Thus I have a few that are unreadable because the words are gone. Quality check issue in my opinion.> The storage box is okay. The lid doesn't close securely, but it is thematic in its design and there is a spot for each ring with label inside the box. The box itself isn't the strongest box either, so you might get some damage if you put this in your backpack to take to game night. A plano plastic container would be more sturdy and secure than this.OVERALL:A nice selection of condition rings that are so far the easiest to read and use.

This is the gaming tool I didn't know I needed in my life until I got it. Even though we don't usually employ minis during our tabletop sessions, I often lose track of timers on various NPCs during larger battles. I can use these along with a die to count down conditions on players or monsters. So if player A is raging for 6 rounds, for example, I can put the marker and a six-sided die in front of them so that everyone at the table has the visual cues. The only downside is that this set is meant specifically for 5th edition D&D, so it is missing conditions found in other d20 systems: confused, dazed, entangled, etc.

My son and his friends have recently discovered the world of dungeons and dragons. This was a perfect gift. My son loved the case since it looked like a spell book. There are plenty of rings and they are well made and durable, each with their own color coding.

These rings fit perfectly around the base of a medium sized miniature. They are easy enough to read, and pretty sturdy ABS plastic. They can be broken, we know this because someone stepped on one of the blank ones and it cracked. There are lots of different types of conditions, but no on fire which we were disappointed with last week (we just used Faery Fire instead). Overall these are great and helpful, I would buy again.

These are great because they are all color-coded so it's easy to see at a glance which characters or creatures are affected by the condition. There are 4 of every condition, which is usually enough for things like Faerie Fire or Blessed. They fit my pre-purchased minis fine, although it doesn't fit my Hero Forge custom mini, which is a bummer because it's my main character I'm playing right now. Probably I could file down the edges of the base to make it fit, but it doesn't fit right now. I have to kind of balance it on top of the condition ring. Other than the Hero Forge mini, though, the others I tried all seem to fit perfectly. The conditions included are all very common, and they are organized nicely in the box as well. There are also two blank condition rings that you could customize yourself. The display box is cool-looking as well, and stores right on a bookshelf next to your campaign guides. I'd give it 5 stars if the interior diameter were just slightly bigger to fit the Hero Forge minis.

These come in a nice box that you'll be able to reuse for a while. They are well organized and make good use of color coding. They are durable and will be able to stand up to a fair amount of abuse.Groups that use these will really enjoy them!*We are considering making a wooden box for ours though...because the box they come in won't stand up to the kind of abuse it's going to get with us. We drop things way too much for this thing to live through.

the only short coming is that there aren't enough for a large group of players and monsters... You will need to purchase multiple times to cover your players and monsters

This is definitely a problem unique to me, but I used dungeon coins instead of minis when playing away from home, and these rings are just small enough to not fit around one of the coins. It’s infuriating. Otherwise, they’re awesome, and I recommend them regardless.

A great buy however I find it a bit hard to read a few of them and the box is just meh.

Great quality my only wish was to have some more frequently used ones like Bless/Bane in the set.

I loved this thing. It’s unimaginably useful for status tracking

Love these, helps me keep up with which creatures/PCs are being effected by what status.

I like the fact the conditions are easy to read. The container has separate compartments for each set of rings. The biggest negative I have is the flim they leave one on side, is hard to see, and that makes it hard to remove.
