They shipped the item in a box that has a different item pictured. The item was a gift so I did not open it until I saw that on other listings of theirs they have a photo that says packaging does not match box contents. The contents did match the photos and I am very happy and sorry for jumping to conclusions.5 Stars!

I am in love with this boat!! I am DMing a DnD game and I was so excited to get this on my table. I’m already planning a naval situation to use it.

This thing is awesome! We've used Paizo map pack ships for years and they are now not available pre-printed. There are some copies left, but people are price gouging on them. What went for 11 dollars at your FLGS, now go for 58 on eBay. This ship was 34 dollars, a quarter of the price of the others, but the quality is there. What I also needed was a ship you can reach into to simulate multi tear battles. I looked at the d&d official ship and it's 200.00. the blood and plunder ones are littles less then 200, but storage is an issue, and I can't battle underneath. This easily stores away after use. Great for flying ship use (the planes below/ above) , ship to ship battles as well. 34.00 dollars is a steal at that price. All pieces fit smoothly, and awesome laser cut details. I plan to order one more.

We love playing D&D and when we attempt ship combat we always have a hard time finding an appropriate ship model. This works great because it is open and has the grid for character movement and spell ranges. I also purchased the Viking ship and the dock set and the rowboat set. I think they are a little expensive for being wood cutouts but they do the job and that is what matters to me.

At the price I paid, this cannot be beat. IT assembles quickly, and looks great. My players were blown away when I dropped it on the table. But note, the instructions say you don't need to glue it - I recommend that you do. While gluing will prevent you from ever dissembling, it is simply too unstable without it. It would fall apart with just a little bit of movement. But that is not really a gripe - this thing is great. I'm considering getting another one.
