good fun to play with but the sight isn't inline (at least with the one I ordered), which was annoying at first but it wasn't too hard to get used to and you can adjust it slightly. Was a gift to someone and has been played with a lot!
The slightly smaller size definitely is an asset walking between trees, and in it's being light weight on a long journey. Very impressed with it's accuracy, especially after I put a better quality scope on it. Keep the string and rail waxed, and this should last for awhile. Also be sure to occasionally check that nothing has shook loose in regards to screws. Excellent bow though!
Has crazy high recoil, but I can't expect much more from a bow at this price. It is somewhat accurate and if you know what you're doing you can make it work.
The Crossbow is a sturdy toy and is very much enjoyed by my kids. Any toys my three boys get that involves sharing usually has the phrase, ' It wasn't me who broke it ' within a week ! Alas ! I've found one with the Petron Stealth Toy Crossbow.
The manual is not clearly, but acceptable. The cocking rope is little longer than what I need. Didn't check the bolts' shooting, but the draw weight is too heavy to draw the sting to the trigger, feels like more than 200 lbs.
Lots of fun to be had with this crossbow. Pretty accurate shots can be had with it. Does hurt if a dart hits you so watch out for stray or craftily shot darts!
Item arrived after estimated delivery date, but as we live in the Channel Islands this is not uncommon (especially with the recent poor weather)! Although the item is an Xmas gift for my son, I did assemble and test it. Easy to put together and surprisingly powerful. It is a sturdy and well designed piece of kit.
Awesome toy!! We are 19-23 and we love it!! Not just for the kids! Defo recommend it to everyone who loves a laugh! We were considering buying 4 more!! Haha!
I brought this as a joke for my partner but surprisingly it is very good. For saying it is a toy, it is very strong and the rope on it is very strong too. My partner is 26 so he doesn't play with it as much as a child would but I would be more then confident to buy this for my 9 year old brother and be comforted in knowing that it would last him a long time.
